The Sun is Struggling with Diabetes or What is the Use of Vitamin D

Foods containing vitamin D effectively treats diabetes, reduces the risk of developing hypertension and atherosclerosis, to minimize any adverse effects of medications for diabetes, reduces oxidative processes in the body, strengthens the immune system and controls carbohydrate metabolism.

It is known that the main function of vitamin D - to maintain normal levels of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin D promotes absorption of calcium and helps build healthy and strong bones.

It is directly linked to diabetes of the second type, because reduces the deficit of insulin and its release into the body.

Bulgarian scientists have conducted studies and concluded that - biologically active supplement containing vitamin D contribute significantly to control glucose levels in patients during the winter.

In June 2010, a group of researchers from the Sinai Hospital (Baltimore), led by endocrinologist Dr. Esther Circle voiced the results of experiments have revealed the relationship between vitamin D deficiency and the regulation of beta cells in the pancreas.

Over 5 years (from 2003 to 2008.) Doctors studied medical records of 124 people with diabetes, the second type. Depending on the vitamin A deficiency, the subjects were divided into 4 groups:

    * Normal levels (32 nanograms per deciliter)
    * Moderate deficit
    * Average deficit
    * Heavy

As a result, more than 90% of patients experienced some or vitamin D. Of these, 35% belonged to the severe group, over 38% - the average and about 17% had mild deficiency of vitamin D.

The average A1c was higher in patients with severe impairment, compared with normal levels of vitamin D. According to scientists, the concentration of vitamin D is associated with race. Patients with diabetes, blacks often suffer from lack of vitamin D, compared with Caucasoid inhabitants of the planet.

Propose a list of products that contain the precious vitamin D

And vitamin D is rightly called the product of the sun. 10 minute stay under the warm rays gives the body vital dose.

Remember, if you are afraid of harmful UV rays, is a representative dark-skinned race, overweight, then try not to overdo it with the use of sunscreens. Vitamin D deficiency increases the likelihood of developing diabetes of the second type.
